How long will it take products to be delivered?

US domestic delivery takes 2 to 3 business days while delivery to Canada takes 5 to 7 business days. However international deliveries take 9 to 11 business days. Depending on the various countries, sometimes delivery may take up to 3 weeks, however, it happens quite rarely.

What shipping company you use to ships orders?

We ships all domestic orders via USPS First Class Mail & USPS Priority (if order exceeds $100 USD), And for all international orders we use DHL carrier with tracking number which helps you to track your order status updates.

When can I get shipping tracking code?

You can receive an acknowledgement along with shipping tracking code within 24 hours after placing en order, you can always track your order status and location of your purchased products on shipping carrier website.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Will I continue getting charged?

How can I take my money back, if I am not satisfied?
