Garcinia Cambogia and Carbohydrates
I read that you need to eat carbohydrates with your meal in order for the garcinia to work… What kind of carbohydrates are we talking about and how much??? We are to take 2 capsules a day so does that mean not to eat carbs with our 3rd meal???
It is not necessary to eat carbohydrates with garcinia in order for it to produce weight loss effects. Pure Garcinia Cambogia is a plant native to India and some areas of Asia. This plant yields a pumpkin like fruit. Its in the rind of this fruit that is used for weight loss as well as other benefits.
Garcinia Cambogia is a diet supplement that suppresses appetite and stops the chemical process that converts carbohydrates into fat. Garcina Cambogia has one main ingredient, Hydroxycitric Acid or HCA, which occurs in this fruit naturally.
The HCA that is contained in the supplement operates with carbohydrates. The exact Garcinia Cambogia dosage that should be taken each day depends on the weight of the individual as well as the diet that is being eaten. The safe Garcinia Cambogia dosage that can be consumed each day is between 500 milligrams and 3000 milligrams.
The minimum that should be take in a day is 300 milligrams, as lower amounts have no noticeable effect. A higher dosage will help athletes and other people who eat a large amount of carbohydrates. Although Garcinia Cambogia will assist in weight loss, you want to consider reducing caloric intake and maybe even diet and exercise for amplified effects.
People who are medically obese and some athletes have taken a Garcinia Cambogia dosage of up to 3,000 milligrams in a single day. These higher dosages are more effective for weight loss in certain individuals when lower dosages have not worked. There are currently no recorded instances of toxicity from long-term consumption within the recommended dosage range.
Garcinia Cambogia will help with weight loss when taken 30-60 minutes before meals. The HCA is water soluble and is quickly processed by the body. Divide your dosage amount into your mealtimes and don’t forget that is is ok to eat carbohydrates.
